Sending Scan Files by Scan to Folder

This section describes the basic operation for sending scan files by Scan to Folder.

Important

❒This function is available only when Function Upgrade Option is installed.

2A Make sure that no previous settings remain.

If a previous setting remains, press {Clear Modes}.

B If the Network Delivery Scanner or E-mail screen is displayed, press [] key to switch to the Scan to Folder screen.

Place originals.

Select a destination

You can specify multiple destinations.

For details, see "Specifying a Destination Folder".

E If necessary, press [Options] to specify the resolution and orientation of the originals.

For details, see "Various Scan Settings".

Scanning starts.

You must press {q}to send scan files that are scanned from the exposure glass. Scan files that are scanned from the ADF are sent immediately.

G If you still have originals to send, place them on the machine, and then press {Start}.

Repeat this step until all originals are scanned.
