Specifying a Destination Folder

Search for a destination by folder path

Use the following procedure to search by folder path for a destination in the ma- chine's address book.

A Press {Search Destination}.

B Select [Search by Folder Name], and then press {OK}.

C Enter the beginning of the folder path, and then press {OK} twice.

Enter the folder path in the following format: \\computer name\folder name.

Destinations that match the search conditions are displayed.

D Press {U} or {T} to select the destination, and then press {V}.

The check box on the left side of the selected destination is selected.
