•Print Group Dial List

Prints the group Address Book.

APress [System Settings].

BPress [Administrator Tools].

CPress [Print Address Book: Destination List].

DSelect the print format.

ETo print the list on two-sided pages, select [Print on 2 Sides].

FPress the {Start} key. The list prints out.

You can edit the title to easily find a user.

APress [System Settings].

BPress [Administrator Tools].

CPress [Address Book: Edit Title].

DPress the title key you want to change.
