Insert the battery cover tabs into the corresponding slots (3) and press down on the cover (4) until you hear a click.

If your phone is activated, it will turn on, search for Sprint service, and enter standby mode.

Activating Your Phone

There are three basic scenarios for activating your new phone:

B.Youreceivedyourphoneinthemail,anditisanewSprint accountoranewphonenumber. Your phone is designed to activate automatically when you first turn it on. To confirm your activation, make a phone call.
