Creating Sprint Account Passwords

As a Sprint customer, you have unlimited access to your personal account information, your voicemail account, and your Sprint Power Vision account. To ensure that no one else has access to your information, you need to create passwords to protect your privacy.

Account Password

If you are the account owner, you’ll have an account password to use when signing on to www.sprint.com and when calling Sprint Customer Service. Your default account password is the last four digits of your Social Security number. If you are not the account owner (if someone else pays for your Sprint service), you can get a sub-account password at

www.sprint.com.

Voicemail Password

You’ll create your voicemail password when you set up your voicemail. See “Setting Up Your Voicemail” on page 32.

Sprint Power Vision Password

With your smart device, you can choose to set up a Sprint Power Vision password. You can use this optional password to authorize the purchase of Premium Services content and to protect your personal information on multi-phone accounts.

To find more information or to change your passwords, sign on to www.sprint.com or call Sprint Customer Service at 1-888-211-4727.
