Resetting Your Device
If your device is not responding or you have trouble synchronizing with your computer, a soft reset may help. All your information is retained when you perform a soft reset.
1.Press Power/End 
to turn off the screen.
2.Press the battery door release, and slide the battery door downward to remove it from your device.

Tip:
If the phone and Bluetooth signals were on before a reset, these signals automatically turn on after the reset.
If your device still does not respond after a soft reset, you may need to do a system reset or a hard reset. See the User Guide.
