Using theTo Do ListItems
AddingTo Do ListItems
Your phone can store and manage up to 20 To Do List items.
ToaddanitemtoyourToDoList:
1.Select 
>Tools>Calendar>Options (right softkey).
2.Select ToDoList>Options (right softkey) >AddItem.
3.Enter the description (up to 14 characters) and press 
.
4.Select Priority to edit the item’s priority. You can select from Normal, Urgent, or Done.
5.Press Save (left softkey).
Adding aTo Do ListItem to the Scheduler
ToaddaToDoListitemtothescheduler:
1.Select 
>Tools>Calendar>Options (right softkey) > ToDoList, select the item you want to add to the schedule, and press Options (right softkey).
2.Select AddToSchedule.
■AddToSchedule to extract the item from the To Do List and make it a scheduled event.
3.Enter a description (if desired), time/date, alarm, and other information using your keypad, and press 
. (See “Adding an Event to the Calendar”on page 118 for how to enter information.)
4.Press Save (left softkey).
