Call Guard is an option that helps you manage your roaming charges when making or receiving calls while outside the Nationwide Sprint PCS Network. Please see Section 2D: Controlling Your Roaming Experience for more information about roaming.

ToansweracallwhenyouareroamingandCallGuardisenabled:

2.Press to proceed while the pop-up message is displayed.

Note: When your phone is off, incoming calls go directly to voicemail.

This feature allows you to hold an incoming call when you cannot answer immediately.

TosetAnsweronHold:

▶When you receive an incoming call, press Options (right softkey) >AnsweronHold. (The caller hears a message to

wait for you to answer. will be displayed on the screen while the call is on hold.)

Toresumethecall:

▶Press Answer (left softkey) or .

Press Options (rightsoftkey) >Answer or Answer:Speaker. (The option will appear as SelectAudio when connected to an optional hands-free device.)

Note: Answer on Hold is notavailable in analog areas.
