Accessing the Security Menu

All of your phone’s security settings are available through the Security menu. You must enter your lock code to view the Security menu.

ToaccesstheSecuritymenu:

1.Select >Settings>Security.

2.Enter your lock code to display the Security menu.

Tip: If you can’trecall your lock code, try using the lastfour digits of either your Social Security number or wireless phone number or try 0000 or NATL (6285). If none of these work, call SprintCustomer Service at 1-888-211-4PCS (4727).

UsingYour Phone’s Lock Feature

LockingYour Phone

When your phone is locked, you can only receive incoming calls or make calls to 911, Sprint Customer Service, or special numbers. (See “Using Special Numbers”on page 86.)

Tolockyourphone:

1.From the Security menu, select LockPhone>LockNow.

– or –

To set your phone to lock the next time it is turned on, select OnPower-up.

2.Select FullLock or Excep.IncomingCalls.

■FullLock to disable both outgoing and incoming calls.

■Excep.IncomingCalls to disable outgoing calls while allowing incoming calls.
