Installing Different Types of Dosing Discs

Dosing discs of the same type, and thickness (72 pocket), may be exchanged for each other without any problems. If dosing discs with a different compartment number or thickness are installed, this has to be entered in the control system!

1.Enter the (preliminary) calibration value of the newly installed dosing disc

2.Execute “calibration” to determine the final calibration value.

5.5Removing / Replacing the Wiper in the DT Dosing Station

1.Empty the dosing station.

2.Open the profile clamp (C) of the

dosing container.

3.Remove the profile clamp (C)

4.Remove the dosing container (B) along with the dosing hopper (A).

5.Loosen the 3 plastic screws on the wiper.

6.Remove the wiper and holding plate.

7.Install the new wiper along with the holding plate.
