5.FUNCIONAMIENTO 5.1 MANDOS

1. Puerta

Cierra herméticamente el cilindro durante las fases de elaboración. Es fácil de quitar para realizar la limpieza.

2. Rejilla de seguridad – tapa tolva Permite al operador cargar el producto en completa seguridad. La tapa impide que la mezcla entre en contacto con polvos.

3. Manija de bloqueo puerta

Efectúa el cierre hermético de la puerta con la palanca en posición abajo. Para abrir, asegurase de que todo el producto haya salido y de que la máquina esté en STOP, luego tirar la palanca hacia arriba para desbloquear la puerta y girarla hacia izquierda.

4. Ducha agua

Dotada de tubo flexible extraíble, permite al operador efectuar el lavado del cilindro y del agitador. No dirigir nunca el chorro de agua contra los paneles de la máquina.

5. Grifo agua

Abre y cierra el agua de la ducha.

6. Caja de pulsadores

Permite la selección de los programas de trabajo.

7. Puerta suministradora

Se utiliza en la fase de extracción del helado y para la descarga del agua durante la limpieza del cilindro. El desbloqueo se obtiene aflojando el pomo y empujándolo hacia arriba.

8. Cajón escurridor

Permite la recogida de eventuales pérdidas de líquido del prensaestopas del cilindro.
