1. Portello

Chiude ermeticamente il cilindro durante le fasi di lavorazione. Può essere facilmente rimosso per permetterne la pulizia.

2. Griglia di sicurezza – coperchio tramoggia

Permette all’operatore di effettuare la carica del prodotto in tutta sicurezza. Il coperchio impedisce alla miscela di venire a contatto con polveri.

3. Maniglia bloccaggio portello Effettua la chiusura ermetica del portello con la leva in posizione abbassata. Per aprire, assicurarsi che tutto il prodotto sia fuoriuscito e che la macchina sia in STOP, quindi tirare la leva verso l’alto per sbloccare il portello e ruotarlo verso sinistra.

4. Doccetta acqua

Dotata di tubo flessibile estraibile, permette all’operatore di eseguire il lavaggio del cilindro e dell’agitatore. Non dirigere mai il getto d’acqua contro i pannelli della macchina.

5. Rubinetto acqua

Apre o chiude l’acqua della doccetta.

6. Pulsantiera

Permette la selezione dei programmi di lavoro.

7. Portello erogatore

Viene utilizzato nella fase di estrazione del gelato e per lo scarico dell’acqua durante la pulizia del cilindro. Lo sblocco si ottiene allentando il pomolo e spingendolo verso l’alto.

8. Cassetto sgocciolatoio

Permette la raccolta di eventuali perdite di liquido dal premistoppa del cilindro.
