Para obtener un helado más consistente se aconseja efectuar dos o tres ciclos del compresor.

-Para extraer el helado, aflojar el pomo en la puerta y empujarlo hacia arriba al fin de abrir completamente la boca de salida del helado; luego presionar el pulsador EXTRACCIÓN que conmutará la máquina de baja a alta velocidad asegurando una rápida expulsión del producto del cilindro refrigerante.

-Una vez terminada la extracción, presionar la tecla STOP, cerrar otra vez la puerta y proceder a una nueva operación de mantecado.

5.3.2 CICLO SEMI – AUTOMÁTICO

-Con la máquina en STOP presionar el pulsador SEMI-AUTOMÁTICO: se iluminan el display, que indica el último valor de consistencia configurado manualmente, y los pulsadores STOP-LIMPIEZA- EXTRACCIÓN. A este punto la máquina está lista para la programación de un nuevo valor de consistencia del helado.

-Presionando la tecla STOP () y LIMPIEZA () se puede respectivamente disminuir y aumentar el valor de consistencia indicado en el display (límites de 100-110 a 250). Fijado el valor deseado presionar la tecla EXTRACCIÓN () para memorizar la programación efectuada; el pulsador SEMI-AUTOMÁTICO se ilumina y los pulsadores STOP-LIMPIEZA-EXTRACCIÓN se apagan. Inicia el ciclo de mantecado.

El máximo valor de consistencia programable es de 250 pero no todas las mezclas son capaces de alcanza este valor de consistencia.

-Esperar algunos minutos y cuando la máquina termina el ciclo de mantecado proceder a la extracción como descrito en el párrafo 5.3.1.
