Printer control through your web browser

With the printer’s built-in PhaserLink™ software, you can use your web browser for a variety of tasks, including the following:

■Avoid down time by automatically receiving email when ink is low, paper needs loading, or other maintenance is required.

■View the status of print jobs.

■Get data on printer usage.

■Configure the printer.

■Create a local link to your own web site help pages.

Options and accessories ■ Lower Paper Tray Assembly. Adds 625-sheet paper capacity for convenience and versatility. Use with the upper transparency tray to avoid having to reload media or

switch media trays.

■Transparency tray. Recommended for transparency printing — 175-sheet capacity. Use with Tektronix transparencies for best transparency printing.

■PhaserShare¨ network cards. 100BaseTx Ethernet, Token Ring, and LocalTalk network interfaces are available.

■Memory upgrade. Upgrade to 48 MBytes for even faster image processing and throughput.

■External hard drive. For collation and additional font storage. Mounts conveniently on the back of the printer.
