Loading the media trays

Your printer is shipped with a single media tray (letter- or A4-size) that accepts common ofÞce paper and letterhead, transparencies, and labels. If you frequently print on different types of media, you may want to obtain a tray for each type of media you use. For transparency printing, the optional transparency tray is recommended.

Loading paper and transparency trays

1.Remove the paper tray from the printer. Take out the shipping insert.
