Installation from the CD-ROM

The following describes how to install the printer driver from the CD-ROM.

SUPPLEMENTS:

●This manual describes settings for Windows 95. The setting details are the same when Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows XP is used.

●To install the printer driver on Windows NT4.0, Windows 2000, or Windows XP, “Full Control” access rights are necessary. A log on must be performed as a member of the Administrators or Power Users group. For further details on access rights, see the Windows manual.

NOTE:

●Before installing the printer drivers, please be sure to exit from all other programs in Windows.

1Insert the Printer kit CD-ROM into the CD-ROM drive.

●The menu screen appears.

●If the menu screen is not automatically displayed, or when the printer driver is installed via the network, double-click on “TOSHIBA_e- STUDIO16_20_25.exe” in the Menu folder of the CD-ROM, which is found in Windows Explorer.

2Click on a language of your Operating System.
