SETUP AppleTalk at MAP

Start MAP, open the AppleTalk setup page, and configure the settings to enable the printer to operate in the AppleTalk environment.

1	Select “Setup AppleTalk” from “Network Administrator” page.
	● The AppleTalk Configuration Menu is displayed.
2	Enter each field that applies:
	Enable AppleTalk	Check to use the printer via AppleTalk (Ethernet).
	Printer Name	Displays the printer name for AppleTalk.
	Zone Name	Enter the zone name that the printer belongs to.
3	Enter the password.
	● The password is “sysadm”.
4	Click on [Accept Setting].
	● Click on [Clear Inputs] if your want to cancel your changes and clear the input fields.
5	The entered settings are applied and the message “Update Successful” is
	displayed.
6	The Network Interface Card is automatically restarted.
