When very strong light strikes at the lens, you might see stripe patterns (smear) on the images, but these are not malfunctions. If this happens, reinstall the camera in another place, or try to change the direction of the lens.

Audio may not always synchronize with the camera images.

If mechanical parts, such as PAN/TILT, are moved by hand etc., unusual Audio may occur from the mechanical parts during operation after that. This is not a malfunction. In such a case, please push the button of the controller and correct a gap.
