Writing CD/DVDs on DVD Super Multi drive supporting DVD+R DL

◆Make sure writing or rewriting is completed before going into standby/ hibernation. Writing is completed if you can open the CD-RW/DVD-ROM, DVD+-R/+-RW or DVD Super Multi drive tray.

◆Set the computer on a level surface and avoid places subject to vibration such as airplanes, trains, or cars. Do not use an unstable surface such as a stand.

◆Keep mobile phones and other wireless communication devices away from the computer.

◆Always copy data from the HDD to the DVD-RAM. Do not use cut-and- paste. The original data will be lost if there is a write error.

◆Damage to any CD-R/RW, DVD-R/-RW/+R/+RW/DVD-RAM or DVD+R DL disc that may be caused by writing or rewriting with this product.

◆Any change or loss of the recorded contents of CD-R/RW, DVD-R/-RW/+R/ +RW/-RAM or DVD+R DL disc that may be caused by writing or rewriting with this product, or for any business profit loss or business interruption that may be caused by the change or loss of the recorded contents.

◆Damage that may be caused by using third party equipment or software. Given the technological limitations of current optical disc writing drives, you may experience unexpected writing or rewriting errors due to disc qual- ity or problems with hardware devices. Also, it is a good idea to make two or more copies of important data, in case of undesired change or loss of the recorded contents.

Note the following limitations when you use RecordNow!:

◆DVD-Video cannot be created using RecordNow!.

◆DVD-Audio cannot be created using RecordNow!.

◆You cannot use RecordNow!’s “Audio CD for Car or Home CD Player” function to record music to the DVD-R/-RW or DVD+R/+RW disc.

◆Do not use the “Exact Copy” function of RecordNow! to copy DVD-Video and DVD-ROM with copyright protection.

◆DVD-RAM disc cannot be backed up with the “Exact Copy” function of RecordNow!.

◆You cannot back up a CD-ROM or CD-R/RW to DVD-R/-RW or DVD+R/ +RW using the “Exact Copy” function of RecordNow!.
