Cooking

This section explains how to cook a food product	MODE 1: Oven Off
by describing the “standard operation” modes	MODE 2: Temperature Select (if applicable)
through which the oven progresses.	MODE 3: Warming Up
	MODE 4: Soak
The oven is preprogrammed with recipe settings at	MODE 5: Ready to Cook (or “Idle”)
the time of manufacture and is ready to operate out	MODE 6: Adjust Time (if enabled)
of the box. If these settings are erased, new menu	MODE 7: Cooking
settings must be either loaded via smart card/USB	MODE 8: Remove Food from Oven
drive (page 17) or programmed manually (pages	MODE 9: Cook More (if enabled)
19-21).The oven will not cook unless settings are	MODE 10: Cooling Down
present.	Mode 1: Oven Off

Note that modes are not always sequential, as shown in Figure 7, above. Typically, modes 5-9 will be repeated before cooling the oven (mode 10).

Mode during which all cooking components are off and the oven temperature has receded below 150°F (66°C), but the display and keypad remain on.
