Telephone operation
Directory
The directory can store up to 50 entrie s with up to 30 digits
for each phone number and 15 characters for each name.
Directory entries are shared by all system hand sets. Any
additions, deletions or edits made on o ne handset affect
the directory on all handsets.
When there are no records in the director y, the screen
shows DIRECTORY EMPT Y.
When the directory is full and you tr y to save an entry, the
screen shows LIST FULL.
If you try to save a number already stored in the director y,
the screen shows ALREADY SAVED.
Only one handset can review the director y at a time. If a
handset tries to enter the directory whil e another handset
is already in it, NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME appears .
