How do you get warrant y service?
To obtain warranty servic e in the United States of Ameri ca, please call 1 (800) 595 -9511. In
Canada, please call 1 (80 0) 267-7377. NOTE: Before calling for service, pl ease review the user’s
manual - a check of the Prod uct’s controls and featur es may save you a service call.
Except as provided by ap plicable law, you assume the ri sk of loss or damage during t ransit and
transportation an d are responsible for del ivery or handling charg es incurred in the transp ort of
the Product(s) to the servi ce location. VTech will retur n repaired or replaced Prod uct under this
limited warranty. Transport ation, delivery or handl ing charges are prepaid. V Tech assumes no
risk for damage or loss of t he Product in transit. If t he Product failure is not cover ed by this limited
warranty, or proof of purcha se does not meet the terms of thi s limited warranty, VTech will noti fy
you and will request that you au thorize the cost of repair p rior to any further repair ac tivity. You
must pay for the cost of repair a nd return shipping cost s for the repair of Products t hat are not
covered by this limited warr anty.
What must you return wit h the Product to get war ranty service?
Return the entire origin al package and contents in cluding the Product to t he VTech service
location along with a d escription of the malfu nction or difcult y; and
Include a “valid proo f of purchase” (sales recei pt) identifying the Prod uct purchased (Produc t
model) and the date of purc hase or receipt; and
3. Provide your name, compl ete and correct mailing ad dress, and telephone num ber.
Other Limitatio ns
This warranty is the co mplete and exclusive agreeme nt between you and VTech. It super sedes all
other written or oral co mmunications related to t his Product. VTech provide s no other warranties
for this Product. The war ranty exclusively desc ribes all of VTech’s responsibi lities regarding the
Product. There are no oth er express warranties. No on e is authorized to make modi cations to this
limited warranty and you s hould not rely on any such mo dication.
State/Provincial Law R ights: This warranty give s you specic legal righ ts, and you may also have
other rights, which var y from state to state or provin ce to province.
Limitations: Implied w arranties, including t hose of tness for a parti cular purpose and
merchantability (an u nwritten warranty that t he Product is t for ordinar y use) are limited to one
year from the date of purchas e. Some states/province s do not allow limitations on h ow long an
implied warranty las ts, so the above limitation m ay not apply to you. In no event shall V Tech be
liable for any indirect , special, incidenta l, consequential, or simi lar damages (including , but not
limited to lost prots or r evenue, inability to use the Pr oduct or other associat ed equipment, the
cost of substitute equi pment, and claims by third p arties) resulting from th e use of this Product.
Some states/provinc es do not allow the exclusion or l imitation of incident al or consequential
damages, so the above limi tation or exclusion may not ap ply to you.
