Troubleshooting Procedures
ERROR MESSAGES (printer will not operate)

| Check for a card jam in the card | Power off the printer, open the lid, |
| feed module. | release the card feeder by pressing |

| remove any jammed cards from the |

| card transport module. Note that you |

| may need to rotate the card transport |
