Note: Your Switch automatically creates a static VLAN (with the same VID) when you create a multicast VLAN in this screen.

Active | Select this check box to enable MVR to allow one single multicast VLAN |
| to be shared among different subscriber VLANs on the network. |

Name | Enter a descriptive name (up to 32 English keyboard characters) for |
| identification purposes. |

Multicast VLAN | Enter the VLAN ID (1 to 4094) of the multicast VLAN. |

| outgoing IGMP control packets (belonging to this multicast VLAN). |

Mode | Specify the MVR mode on the Switch. Choices are Dynamic and |
| Compatible. |
| Select Dynamic to send IGMP reports to all MVR source ports in the |
| multicast VLAN. |
| Select Compatible to set the Switch not to send IGMP reports. |

Port | This field displays the port number on the Switch. |
