9.7 Configuring Subnet Based VLAN
Click Subnet Based VLAN in the VLAN Port Setting screen to display the configuration screen as shown.

Active | Select this check box to activate this subnet based VLANs on the Switch. |

When DHCP snooping is enabled DHCP clients can renew their IP address | |
Override | through the DHCP VLAN or via another DHCP server on the subnet based |
| VLAN. |
| Select this checkbox to force the DHCP clients in this IP subnet to obtain |
| their IP addresses through the DHCP VLAN. |

Apply | Click Apply to save your changes to the Switch’s |
| Switch loses these changes if it is turned off or loses power, so use the |
| Save link on the top navigation panel to save your changes to the non- |
| volatile memory when you are done configuring. |

|
Active | Select this check box to activate the IP subnet VLAN you are creating or |
| editing. |
|
|
Name | Enter up to 32 alphanumeric characters to identify this subnet based VLAN. |
|
|
IP | Enter the IP address of the subnet for which you want to configure this |
| subnet based VLAN. |
