2 for ARP traffic received on port 1, 2 and 3. You can also have a protocol based VLAN B with priority 3 for Apple Talk traffic received on port 6 and 7. All upstream ARP traffic from port 1, 2 and 3 will be grouped together, and all upstream Apple Talk traffic from port 6 and 7 will be in another group and have higher priority than ARP traffic when they go through the uplink port to a backbone switch C.

Click Protocol Based VLAN in the VLAN Port Setting screen to display the configuration screen as shown.
