Sending to Multiple Recipi- ents (= Broadcasting)

You can send one fax to multiple recipients in succession.

Entering Recipients Individually

1Insert the document.

2Press MENU. RECEPT. SET-UPappears on the display.

3Select using [ TX FROM MEMORY.

4Confirm with o.

5Using [ select NEW SETTING.

6Confirm with o. The document is now read.

7Accept the displayed time using o or enter the time at which the document is to be transmitted.

8Enter the desired number using the numeric keypad or select a saved entry.

9Confirm with o.

10 Enter the next telephone numbers. You can enter up to 10 recipients.

11 Confirm with o.

12 Using [ select whether the current settings should be printed or not.

13 Confirm with o.

14 Confirm YES if the settings are correct using o.

15 The device transmits the fax message successively to all recipients.

Notice

Transmission to Multiple Recipients

If your device cannot reach a recipient, the fax message is sent to the other recipients. After the device has called all recipients, it once again dials the numbers that previously could not be reached.

Modifying or Printing Settings

1Press MENU. RECEPT. SET-UPappears on the display.

2Select using [ TX FROM MEMORY.

3Confirm with o.

4Using [ select from the following settings and con- firm using o:

PRINT SETTINGS – Printout of the settings CHANGE—Changes to the time and telephone number

DELETE – Resetting the settings

Sending Fax Later

If you would like to make use of the lower telephone tariffs or if the recipient can be reached at some specific time only, you can send the fax at a later time—within 24 hours.

1Insert the document.

2Press MENU. RECEPT. SET-UPappears on the display.

3Select using [ TX FROM MEMORY.

4Confirm with o.

5Using [ select NEW SETTING.

6Confirm with o. The document is now read.

7Enter the time, at which the document should be trans- mitted, e.g. 1400for 2 pm. Confirm with o.

8Enter the desired number using the numeric keypad or select a saved entry.

9Press o twice.

10 Using [ select whether the current settings should be printed or not.

11 Confirm with o.

12 Confirm YES if the settings are correct using o.

13 The device goes into standby mode and transmits the fax at the entered time. TX FROM MEMORY appears on the display.
