Present call is put on hold, and the green light next to the held call flutters

You are given a new call appearance

2Dial the number or extension to which the call is to be

transferred

[ringback tone]

Remain on the line and announce the call if desired; if there is no answer or the number dialed is busy, return to the held call by pressing its call appearance

3Press Transfer again

∙ Call is sent to the dialed extension or number

Note: Only calls from another extension can be sent to an outside number; you cannot transfer a call from an outside number to another outside number.

4Hang up or press
