To see who’s on hold while on a call

2Press the call appearance of the held call

Information is shown on the display screen; you remain connected to the present call

3To return to the held call, press Exit and the call appearance button of the held call

Message Retrieval

To see your messages when your Message light is on (while on-hook, off-hook, or on a call)

1Press Message Retrieve

2Press Next Message to see first message

(and then for each following message)

To return a call to the

1 Pick up handset or activate the speakerphone

2Press

Return Call

while any part of message is shown

To erase a message

1 Press

Delete

while any part of the message is shown

To see a coworker’s messages (can be during a call with the coworker)

1Select an idle call appearance button, or put the coworker on hold and select an idle call appearance

2Press Covr Msg Retrieve

3Dial the coworker’s extension

Note: You must first be designated as a system-wide message retriever by your system manager or your coworker must have Message Retrieval coverage that allows a coverage point to retrieve messages.

4Press Next Message to see the first message (and then for each following message)
