DND in Phone Mode (Default)

1.Press the DND key to toggle DND ON or OFF for all accounts on the phone. Toggling to ON enables DND on all accounts on the phone. Toggling to OFF disables DND on all accounts on the phone. Use the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to scroll through each account. Use the RIGHT and LEFT arrow keys to scroll through each account.

In the above example, toggling Screenname1 to DND ON, enabled DND for Screenname2 and 3 also.

Note:

Enabling DND in “Phone” mode toggles all accounts on the phone to DND ON.

DND in Custom Mode

1.Press the DND key on the phone. The screen displays a list of the accounts on the phone and allows you to enable/dis- able a specific account or all accounts. Use the UP and DOWN arrow keys to scroll through the accounts.

In the above example, Screenname1 and 3 have DND ON as indicated by a check mark (). Screenname2 has DND off as indicated by an X. The ALL ON and ALL OFF softkeys allow you to enable or disable DND on all accounts, respectively.

2.You use the CHANGE key to enable or disable DND for a specific account selected.

3.Press DONE to save the change.

Call Forward Account-Based Configuration

Call Forward (CFWD) on the IP phone allows incoming calls to be forwarded to another destination.

On the 6735i, you can set Call Forward (CFWD) on the phone-side for a specific account or for all accounts on the phone. You can set a CFWD mode using the Aastra Web UI at the path, Basic Settings->Preferences->General->Call Forward Key Mode: Account (default), Phone, and Custom. CFWD performs according to the mode you set.

You can configure CFWD using the Aastra Web UI at the path, Basic Settings->Account Configuration, OR you can con- figure CFWD using the IP Phone UI at the path, Options->Call Forward.
