IP Route Table
Use these menu options to build a table of addresses for routing data packets based on their IP address. When a packet with the specified IP address is received, it is sent out through the se- lected port on the specified DLCI. See Figure
The IP route table can be used in conjunction with RIP protocol to provide routing paths for the entire IP network. If an IP packet is received with a destination IP not located in the inter- nal routing table (static or RIP), then the gateway route is used.
