Manage location access

If your tablet has multiple users, each has separate Location ac- cess settings. Some settings differ for Android 4.1.2 and earlier.

You can let your tablet access GPS, Wi-Fi networks, and mobile networks to estimate your location. Apps that have your permis- sion can use this information to deliver location-based services, such as the ability to check in, view commute traffic, or find near- by restaurants.

To control what location information your tablet can use, go to

Settings > Personal > Location access.

Wi-Fi & mobile network location. Lets your tablet use Google’s
