• If the person isn’t availab le, touch Not now. A generic n ew user
appears in the list. When y ou can hand over the table t to the
person for setup, touch th e user image in Settin gs > Device >
Users or on the lock screen.
Modify user info
From the Users screen, ea ch user can mod ify their own i mage and
info on the lock screen:
• Change the picture: Touch the u ser name, then the ima ge be-
side the local prole nam e.
• Change the nickname: Touch Nick name.
• Add or change additiona l text: Touch User info.
Delete a user
From the Users screen:
• The tablet’s owner can de lete any user ’s space. To do so, touch
the Tra sh icon be side the user’s na me.
• Other users can delete j ust their own spa ce. To do so, touch
Menu > Delete username from this d evice.
Switch users
Each user’s image and ni ckname appears on the lock sc reen,
along with the tablet owne r’s. To enter your own space, touch
your picture and unlock t he screen with you r screen lock.
Alternatively, swipe dow n from the top righ t of any screen to ope n
Quick Settings, and th en touch your image n ear the top left. Th is
returns you to the lock scre en, from which eac h user can unlock
their own space.
