Playing Voice Messages

Follow the steps below to listen to voice messages.

1Press Play/Record. Adjust volume by pressing or .

All new messages are played in the order they were recorded. The display shows the number of the current message, and the total number of messages.

If Caller ID information was received, the machine beeps during the message and displays the Caller ID information for one second.

During playback, the screen displays the time and date the message was recorded.

2Press (RWD) at the end of the message to repeat a message. Use # (FWD) to skip to the next message. You can press and # repeatedly until you reach the message you want to play.

3Press Stop/Exit.

Printing a Fax Message

Once you print a new fax message stored in memory, it is erased from the memory automatically.

1Press Play/Record. After two seconds, the machine begins to play voice messages.

2After playing voice messages, the display asks if you want to print fax messages that are in the memory. There is no display if there are no faxes.

3To print the fax messages, press 1OR—Press 2 to exit without printing.

Backup Printing Option

When you choose DOC:ON in the Message Centre mode, all incoming fax messages are stored in the available memory for retrieval. To print a backup copy automatically, turn this option on.

1Press Menu/Set, 8, 2. The screen prompts you to select a setting.

2Press or to display ON (or OFF), and press Menu/Set when the screen displays your selected setting.

3Press Stop/Exit.
