Displays messages to help you set up and operate your machine.

3Dial Pad
Dials phone and fax numbers and can be used as a keyboard for entering information into the machine.
# key lets you switch the dialling type during a telephone call from "PULSE" to "TONE". (Not available in New Zealand)

Use this key to gain access to an outside line and/or to recall the operator or transfer a call to another extension when it is connected to a PABX. (Australia & New Zealand only)
Sets the resolution when you send a fax or make a copy.
9Stop/Exit
Stops a fax, cancels an operation or exits from Menu mode.
0Fax Start
Starts an operation, such as sending a fax.
ACopy/Reports
With document in the Automatic Document Feeder: Makes a copy. Without document in the Automatic Document Feeder: Lets you access the Reports menu so you can select a report to print: HELP LIST,
FAX JOURNAL, XMIT VERIFY, TEL.INDEX, USER SETTINGS and MEMORY STATUS List.
