❍Orientation

Select the orientation you want.Portrait prints your document

upright while Landscape prints it sideways.

❍Photocopy Reduction

Use this selection only when a value less than 100% is entered in the

Reduce/Enlarge field.With Photocopy Reduction checked, your

document will print in the center of the page, as shown in the

following examples.

❍Fractional Widths

This feature provides for better compatibility with older applications

by helping your Macintosh®determine the proper spacing between

words.When Fractional Widths is checked, it forces the use of

fractional character widths, e ven if your application does not

support this feature. If your application already uses fractional

widths, it overrides the driver setting. It’s a good idea to leave

Fractional Widths on at all times.
