Introduction

The Cisco SFS 3012R Server Switch provides data center managers with a high-performance, low-latency interconnect that runs Fibre Channel and Ethernet traffic transparently over an InfiniBand backplane. Figure 1-1displays the front of the Cisco SFS 3012R Server Switch (with the bezel attached).
