8.3.3. BUZZER

You can hear the beep sound when event occurs or key operation if the BUZZER setup is ON.

At the SYSTEM menu,

Click the left button of the mouse on the value. Or in case of using the remote controller or the front panel buttons, highlight BUZZER and press the ENTER button and then move the cursor to the desired value using the ▲,▼ buttons and press the ENTER button. The Default value is ON.

ON: The beep sounds when you press any buttons on the front panel of DVR or remote controller or click the mouse and any event happens.

OFF: The beep does not sound.

NOTE:

Whenever there is Video Loss, Alarm, Motion or HDD error, this unit will display the specific message continuously for 30 seconds with an alarming sound having an interval of 5 Seconds each

8.3.4. PASSWORD

At the SYSTEM menu,

Double-click PASSWORD or highlight PASSWORD and then press the ENTER button and the PASSWORD menu will be displayed like the left picture.

Click the X button or press the ESC button to exit from this screen.

8.3.4.1. PASSWORD

At the PASSWORD menu,

Select the PASSWORD option on or off by clicking the left button of the mouse on the value. Or in case of using the remote controller or the front panel buttons, highlight PASSWORD and press the ENTER button and then move the cursor to the desired value using the ▲,▼ buttons and press the ENTER button. The Default value is OFF.

When enabled, it will prompt for password on the following functions.
