Referring to the diagram on page 124, "H" is 2.0 m/78.7". Therefore, the projection distances of 100 inches are from 2.0 m/78.7" ⋅ 1.9 to 2.0 m/78.7" ⋅ 3.1 = from 3.8 m/150" to 6.2 m/244".
