Option 2:

Select the Contacts (PhoneBook) tab with the Navigation keys (see display).

Press (see display).

Settings CallList Contacts CorpDirectory Web

Dial name

Enter name

Exit Search

Press the key with the corresponding letter until the initial letter of the name is displayed.

Press (see display).

The first name beginning with the selected character is displayed.

Press to scroll the list (see display).

Press to make the call (see display).

Add a name and number to Contacts (Phone Book)

There are several ways to add number and names to the Phone Book:

•Using the keypad (0-9), see section “Write Text” on page 90.

•Adding a Call List entry to the Phone Book, see section “Call List” on page 37.

•Browse the telephone using a standard web browser and enter the name and number.

The following text describes how to enter a name and number with the Phone Book menu and the keypad.
