Volume Control

Rotating the Volume knob on the front panel increases and decreases the audio volume in up to 100 steps. When this knob is turned, the LCD window displays a bar graph representation of the volume level for 0.3 seconds before returning to the previous menu. In addition, the volume percentage is displayed in the upper-right corner of the LCD screen.

VOLUME 22%

Figure 25. Example of the LCD Screen during Volume Adjustment

Volume adjustment can be made from the front panel at any time during tuner operation.

Resetting from the Rear Panel

The rear panel contains a recessed Reset button that initiates four levels of resets. To select a reset level, use a pointed object such as a small Phillips screwdriver to press and hold the button while the tuner is running (modes 2 through 4) or while you are applying power to it (mode 1). The adjacent Reset LED provides feedback on the current reset mode.

The table on the next page provides a summary of the four reset modes.

CAUTION: Review the reset modes carefully. Using the wrong reset mode could result in unintended loss of flash memory programming, port reassignment, or a tuner reboot.

NOTES: The reset modes are separate functions, not a continuation from mode 1 to mode 5.

There is no reset mode 2 for the AVT 200HD.
