TV Rating Setup
Enable or disable V-chip for TV	E T X3@*X1)VCHP}	VchpTX1)]	Enable or disable the V-chip for
			blocking TV shows.
			For X1):
			0	= off (default)
			1	= on
			X3@ = Current V-chip access PIN
			number.
Example:	E T8021*1VCHP}	VchpT1]	The V-chip is enabled for TV.
View V-chip setting for TV	E T VCHP}	X1)]	Show V-chip on/off setting for TV
			programs.
Set ratings to be blocked for	E C X3@*X2@VCHP}	VchpCX2@]	Set TV ratings X2@ to be blocked
children			by the V-chip for viewing by
			children. For X2@:
			0	= Unblock all ratings.
			1	= Block TV-Y and TV-Y7.
			2	= Block TV-Y7 only.
View TV ratings block for	E C VCHP}	X2@]	Show the TV ratings to be
children			blocked for children.
Set ratings to be blocked for	E A X3@*X2@VCHP}	VchpAX2@]	Set TV ratings X2@ to be blocked
other age groups			by the V-chip for other age
			groups. For X2@:
			0	= Unblock all ratings.
			1	= Block TV-G, TV-PG, TV-14,
				and TV-MA.
			2	= Block TV-PG, TV-14, and
				TV-MA.
			3	= Block TV-14 and TV-MA.
			4	= Block TV-MA only.
