My prints have streaks in them.
The ribbon or overlaminate has torn or even broken.
The PolyGuard overlaminate is not centered on my card.
My prints have blotches (small voids) in them.
A card feeds in and acts like its printing, but nothing is printed.
The printers top cover wont shut.
The photos on my ID cards look very pixelated.
