Power supply supports as many as three hot-swap power supply modules.

5.25-inch drive bay supports one half-height 5.25-inch device.

Control panel contains the light emitting diode (LED) indicators and the power, reset, and sleep buttons that control the server. For more information on the controls, see “Front panel board” on page 16.

Hot-swap drive bay includes up to five hot-swappable drives connected to a hot-swap backplane. The drive bays support 1.0-inch drives.

Hot-swap drives plug into the hot-swap drive bay.

Slimline diskette drive writes to and reads from 3.5-inch, 1.44 MB diskettes.

Slimline CD drive plays data or audio CDs.

Power supply modules provide N+1 redundant power (if all three modules are installed).
