Italian Grilled Peppers

1 large red bell pepper

1 large yellow or green bell pepper

1 tablespoon basil, oregano or rosemary infused olive oil or extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons Dijon style mustard

1 teaspoon balsamic or red wine vinegar 1/2 teaspoon bottled or fresh minced garlic 1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Heat the Party Time Grill!to 350 degrees. Cut bell peppers lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips; discard stems and seeds. Combine oil, mustard, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well. Brush half of mixture over pepper strips. Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or until peppers are tender, turning and brushing with remaining oil mixture occasionally.

Makes 4 side dish servings.
