Rosemary Grilled Lamb Chops

8 small well-trimmed loin lamb chops, cut 1-inch thick (about 2-1/4 pounds)

1 teaspoon garlic salt

1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper mint jelly (optional)

Heat the Party Time Grill!to 350 degrees. Sprinkle both sides of chops with combined garlic salt, rosemary and pepper. Grill about 6 minutes per side for medium doneness. Serve with mint jelly, if desired.
