The power button board is located on the top left of the computer (when viewed from behind).
To remove the power button board:
1.Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparing to disassemble the computer on page 18).
2.Remove the rear cover (see Rear cover on page 19).
3.Remove the Torx screw that secures the bracket to the computer (1), and then lift the bracket off the computer (2).
4.Disconnect the cable from the power button board (1).
