A printhead crash
Clear printhead crashes by following the instructions on the front panel.
1.A front panel instruction is displayed.
X : printhead crash type 1 or 2 (See The problem is… An error message).
2.Lift the media lever and front cover (1), and move the carriage (2) out of the way.
