Getting Service
Important
When visiting the service representative, take your computer
and key for the security lock along with the Dock I.
If your Dock I needs service, you can:
Call an IBM-authorized service representative to come and
repair it.
Take it to an IBM-authorized service center for repair.
Call your place of purchase.
When requesting service, describe the error message or problem to
the service representative. Error messages help identify what
service action is required and help the service representative
provide quick and efficient service.
