Insert the ThinkPad hard disk drive into the compartment 3 . Insert the connector 2 of the flat-ribbon cable into the connector 1 of the Dock I. Push the ThinkPad hard disk drive in until it stops.

Latches

If you need to remove the ThinkPad hard disk drive, you must release the latches. See “Releasing the Latches” on page 4-10.

Install the blank bezel. Perform the removal procedure in the reverse order.

If you have removed an adapter card, reinstall it.

Install the bottom cover.

You have completed the installation of the ThinkPad hard disk drive in the

Dock I.
